Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive PA/Executive Assistant to support the office of the MD.
  • This role is perfect for someone with 2 years experience who is eager to grow and take on real responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements on behalf of the MD.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Assist with event planning, conferences, and meetings
  • Support special projects, research, and presentation preparation
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and employees, facilitating communication and information flow
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • BSc Degree / HND qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  • Strong ability to multitask and support executive/admin tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google workplace
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Prior experience in Construction/ Real Estate industry is an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Google doc, Google sheet, Google slide)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
