Job Title: Admin Assistant / Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Description

  • We’re looking for an organized, proactive Admin Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our management team and keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • You’ll handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and assist with office operations across our online and physical store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, calls, and correspondence for management; prepare letters, reports, and documents
  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize appointments, meetings, travel, and reminders for the MD/executives
  • Office Operations: Maintain filing systems, handle office supplies inventory, and coordinate with vendors
  • Customer & Staff Coordination: Liaise between departments, follow up on tasks, and support customer service when needed
  • Data & Records: Update sales records, customer databases, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Store Support: Help track inventory requests, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with the inventory team
  • General Duties: Run official errands, handle petty cash with accountability, and support day-to-day problem solving.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Office Technology, or related fields
  • 1 - 3 years experience as an admin assistant, PA, or secretary
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
  • Multitasking ability and calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with basic accounting/inventory tools is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
