Description
- We are seeking a results-driven and creative Social Media Manager / Customer Experience Representative to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and enrolment conversion across our school network.
- This role blends digital marketing, customer engagement, and sales conversion to support student recruitment and school growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive enquiries and student enrolment
- Generate and nurture leads through digital platforms, campaigns, and content
- Engage prospective families via social media, email, and other digital channels
- Support enrolment conversion through timely follow-ups and targeted messaging
- Monitor and optimise performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions)
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to align campaigns with enrolment goals
- Manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Cloud) to track leads and conversion pipelines
- Analyse trends, provide insights, and recommend strategies to improve campaign performance
- Create compelling content that reflects the school’s brand and value proposition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or lead generation
- Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and conversion tracking
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage
- Excellent communication, creativity, and customer engagement skills
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets.
