Job Title: Facilities Officer

Job Summary
- As the Facilities Officer, you will support the management and maintenance of facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment that enhances service delivery and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain facility operations including repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians for timely resolution of facility issues
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and support reporting to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facility management or related roles
- Professional certification such as IFMA or NEBOSH is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, safety standards, and vendor coordination.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
