Job Title: Facilities Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Facilities Officer, you will support the management and maintenance of facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment that enhances service delivery and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain facility operations including repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians for timely resolution of facility issues
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and support reporting to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in facility management or related roles
• Professional certification such as IFMA or NEBOSH is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, safety standards, and vendor coordination.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
