Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization within the seismic, drilling, and energy sector.
- The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative support tasks, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.
- The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
- Handle office scheduling, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Receive, sort, and distribute mails, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure proper access control for visitors
- Support HR and operations teams with basic administrative duties
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years proven experience as a receptionist or front desk officer (preferably in oil & gas, drilling, or energy sector)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
