Role Overview

  • The role focuses on market development, brand positioning, dealer engagement and driving business growth across industrial segments.
  • It requires extensive field travel, strong industry networking and hands-on execution of regional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute region-specific industrial marketing strategies
  • Build, manage and grow key accounts and dealer networks
  • Plan and execute product launches, dealer meets, exhibitions and trade fairs
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and identify new business opportunities
  • Support sales teams with product demonstrations, marketing tools and benchmark studies
  • Track ROI of marketing initiatives and prepare performance dashboards
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives and gather customer and market feedback
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align branding and business objectives

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / MBA or certification in Marketing/Business Development

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B / Industrial Marketing
  • Strong industry connections within Cement, Steel, Power and Mining sectors
  • Proven experience in product branding, channel development and lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, planning and execution capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
