Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Igbo Effon, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager with 2–3 years of relevant experience to drive growth and expand our client base.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and increasing revenue through innovative strategies in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Source property listings and partnership opportunities
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively

Nice-to-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in real estate or property investment
  • Strong professional network within the industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools

Work Details
