We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos
Reports To: Head of Business Development
Specialization: EPCIM, Oil & Gas, OEM Sourcing & Engagement

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth across EPCIM projects, Oil & Gas services, and OEM sourcing & partnerships.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong industry networks, a deep understanding of project-based sales, and the ability to identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities while managing strategic OEM relationships.

  • Tendering, Bids & Proposal Management
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth and contract wins
  • Number and value of EPCIM/Oil & Gas deals closed
  • OEM partnerships established and maintained
  • Tender success rate (win ratio)
  • Client acquisition and retention rates.

Key Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or professional certification (e.g., PMP, COREN, NSE) is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–10 years experience in business development or commercial roles
  • Proven track record in EPCIM and Oil & Gas sectors
  • Hands-on experience in OEM sourcing, partnerships, or technical sales
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, procurement processes, and contract management.

  • Excellent understanding of EPCIM and Oil & Gas value chains
