Job Title: Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, complaints, enquiries, feedback, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as an account manager for churches, building strong relationships and driving successful onboarding of both churches and their members onto the app.
- Proactively guide churches through the onboarding process, including setup, training, and adoption of key features.
- Present app features clearly to church leaders and administrators, ensuring seamless onboarding and user adoption.
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to increase member sign-ups and engagement within each church.
- Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly app sign-ups, onboarding progress, and user engagement metrics.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with churches to drive member onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Handle chats and provide ongoing support to churches, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure client retention by identifying risks early, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Recommend and support the execution of social media content strategies to drive awareness and engagement for the app.
- Manage and grow the Text2Music social media platform by converting scripts and user-submitted text into engaging music content.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and content reach across social media platforms.
- Identify trends, audience preferences, and viral opportunities to improve content performance on the Text2Music platform.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Track and report performance metrics for both the app onboarding and social media platforms, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 per month.
