We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Entreprise Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responibilities

  • Create and maintain a strategic "success plan" for each enterprise client, identifying future needs for expanded bandwidth or infrastructure upgrades.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers across various departments (IT, Finance, Procurement) within the client’s organization.
  • Act as the client’s internal advocate, ensuring their specific business requirements are understood and prioritized by the service delivery teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell advanced services, such as Fiber-to-the-Business (FTTB), Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and Managed Security.
  • Lead the negotiation and successful renewal of enterprise contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that network uptime and support response times meet or exceed the agreed-upon corporate standards.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to present performance data, discuss service improvements, and gather feedback for product development.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the Nigerian telecommunications landscape to proactively suggest competitive service adjustments.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts for the assigned enterprise portfolio to the Head of Department (HOD).

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (A technical degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science is an added advantage).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management specifically within the Telecommunications or ICT sector.
  • Network Knowledge: Familiarity with ISP operations, fiber infrastructure, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
