Job Description
- DAAMC is seeking an experienced and strategic Hospital Manager to join our senior leadership team.
- This role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens financial performance, and supports high‑quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate hospital operations across all departments
- Ensure compliance with national/state health regulations
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Strengthen administrative systems and optimize EHR usage
- Drive quality improvement and patient‑safety initiatives
- Support staff development and organizational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
- Master’s degree (MHA/MBA) is a strong advantage
- 5–7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience
- Experience in a senior or top‑level management role preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations
- Proven financial acumen and operational management
- Exceptional leadership and team‑building abilities
- Technical proficiency in EHR systems
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
