Job Description 

• DAAMC is seeking an experienced and strategic Hospital Manager to join our senior leadership team.
• This role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens financial performance, and supports high‑quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate hospital operations across all departments
• Ensure compliance with national/state health regulations
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
• Strengthen administrative systems and optimize EHR usage
• Drive quality improvement and patient‑safety initiatives
• Support staff development and organizational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
• Master’s degree (MHA/MBA) is a strong advantage
• 5–7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience
• Experience in a senior or top‑level management role preferred

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations
• Proven financial acumen and operational management
• Exceptional leadership and team‑building abilities
• Technical proficiency in EHR systems
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
