We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: MIS Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The MIS Coordinator will be responsible for managing and analyzing operational and financial data to support decision-making across procurement, finance, and supply chain functions.
  • The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and effective coordination between departments to improve efficiency, cost control, and visibility of business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Costing & Financial Analysis:

  • Support product and operational costing processes.
  • Perform Total Cost of Business (TCB) vs Actual reconciliation and highlight variances.
  • Provide insights and reports to support cost optimization initiatives.

Cash-to-Cash (C2C) Cycle Management:

  • Monitor and track the cash-to-cash cycle across products and operations.
  • Analyze C2C cycle time and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate periodic reports on working capital efficiency.

Procurement & Reconciliation:

  • Support procurement processes through data tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of procurement transactions and records.
  • Ensure alignment between procurement, finance, and inventory data.

ERP & GRN Management:

  • Ensure all Goods Received Notes (GRNs) are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
  • Maintain data integrity within the ERP by validating entries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Generate reports related to GRNs and inventory movements.

Advances & Reporting Control:

  • Monitor advances issued and ensure proper tracking against receipts.
  • Maintain control over outstanding advances and corresponding GRNs.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on advances, reconciliations, and exceptions.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between procurement, finance, and shipment/logistics teams.
  • Ensure timely data sharing and reporting across departments.
  • Support operational efficiency by improving communication and data flow.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in MIS, finance operations, or data analysis roles.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of procurement and finance processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
