We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager (BNPL)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive sales growth, and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies within assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding assigned targets on a consistent basis.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Agents to ensure high productivity and performance.
  • Manage assigned sales locations/outlets, ensuring strong relationships with partners.
  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase market penetration.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular coaching, guidance, and on-the-field support to Sales Agents.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Agents.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor team activities and customer engagement.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc. Degree in related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience as a sales manager, preferably in BNPL industry, Insurance, etc.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of drive, resilience, and result orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
