Job Title: Senior Growth Manager, Enterprise (B2B)

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager (B2B) to lead and scale our enterprise growth function.
  • This role will own revenue strategy, drive high-value partnerships, and lead the B2B growth team to position our learning solutions for workforce development and talent transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the B2B revenue strategy with full accountability for growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the growth team, ensuring strong performance and pipeline delivery.
  • Build and close high-value enterprise partnerships across corporates, institutions, and the public sector.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales function, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.
  • Establish and maintain C-level relationships (HR leaders, executives, decision-makers).
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and growth channels to expand market reach.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market and client success.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making to optimize sales performance and growth strategy.
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings, industry events, and strategic engagements.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
  • Relevant professional certifications in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related fields (e.g., CIM, ISM, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
  • Experience in EdTech, HR Tech, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Existing network within HR, People Operations, or L&D ecosystems.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise growth, or business development.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong experience managing sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue performance.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
