We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning Programmes Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a high-performing and commercially driven Learning Programmes Manager to lead our Tailored Learning portfolio.
  • The role is responsible for designing and delivering client-focused learning solutions, driving business growth, and ensuring world-class learning experiences aligned with evolving industry needs.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Client Development:

  • Develop and execute product and market strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify opportunities, lead proposals, negotiate, and close deals
  • Build and manage strong client relationships across sectors
  • Track performance against sales targets and ensure delivery of commercial objectives

Programme Design & Delivery:

  • Design and develop impactful, client-centric learning programmes
  • Conduct training needs assessments and align solutions to client objectives
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, innovative, and globally competitive learning experiences.

Learning Experience & Innovation:

  • Deploy diverse learning methodologies and evaluate programme effectiveness
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve learning solutions and client outcomes
  • Benchmark global best practices to enhance competitiveness and innovation

Project & Team Leadership:

  • Oversee programme execution within timelines and budgets
  • Ensure effective billing, collections, and project delivery processes
  • Mentor and support team members to drive performance excellence.

Requirements
Education & Professional Qualification:

  • First degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
  • MBA/MSc is an added advantage

Experience & Skills:

  • 5–7 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role
  • Strong experience in learning solutions, training programmes, or consulting
  • Knowledge of Open Enrolment, Tailored Learning, or Corporate Programmes
  • Strong business development, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
