Job Title: Learning Programmes Manager

About the Role
- We are seeking a high-performing and commercially driven Learning Programmes Manager to lead our Tailored Learning portfolio.
- The role is responsible for designing and delivering client-focused learning solutions, driving business growth, and ensuring world-class learning experiences aligned with evolving industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Client Development:
- Develop and execute product and market strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify opportunities, lead proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Build and manage strong client relationships across sectors
- Track performance against sales targets and ensure delivery of commercial objectives
Programme Design & Delivery:
- Design and develop impactful, client-centric learning programmes
- Conduct training needs assessments and align solutions to client objectives
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, innovative, and globally competitive learning experiences.
Learning Experience & Innovation:
- Deploy diverse learning methodologies and evaluate programme effectiveness
- Provide data-driven insights to improve learning solutions and client outcomes
- Benchmark global best practices to enhance competitiveness and innovation
Project & Team Leadership:
- Oversee programme execution within timelines and budgets
- Ensure effective billing, collections, and project delivery processes
- Mentor and support team members to drive performance excellence.
Requirements
Education & Professional Qualification:
- First degree in Social Sciences or related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
- MBA/MSc is an added advantage
Experience & Skills:
- 5–7 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role
- Strong experience in learning solutions, training programmes, or consulting
- Knowledge of Open Enrolment, Tailored Learning, or Corporate Programmes
- Strong business development, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
