Job Summary
- Our client is seeking driven and target-oriented Insurance Advisors to promote and sell insurance products, develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships.
- The role is best suited for individuals with proven sales experience and a strong passion for financial services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell insurance products to individuals and corporate clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Educate clients on insurance products and recommend suitable coverage options
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Achieve agreed sales targets consistently
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients
- Prepare and submit sales reports and client documentation
- Stay informed on insurance products, regulations, and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales Performance:
- Monthly sales target achievement
- Conversion rate of leads to closed sales
- Number of new policies written per month
Lead Generation:
- Number of qualified leads generated weekly/monthly
- Number of client meetings or presentations conducted
- Effectiveness of referral generation (referral-to-sale ratio)
Client Retention & Relationship Management:
- Policy renewal rate of existing clients
- Client satisfaction and repeat business rate
- Number of active client relationships maintained
Productivity & Activity Levels:
- Number of daily/weekly client contacts made
- Follow-up response time on leads and enquiries
- Consistency in pipeline management and reporting
Compliance & Reporting:
- Accuracy and timeliness of submitted sales reports
- Adherence to company sales processes and documentation standards
- Compliance with regulatory and ethical sales guidelines

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any discipline

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage
