Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market assessments to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline management, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and share insights with internal teams.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and reach.
  • Provide input and support for strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition, and effectively communicate these to clients and prospects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and partners at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights to inform business decisions.
