We are recruiting to fill the position below

Job Title: Senior Manager - Tech Sales (Mobile Wallet  & ERP Solution)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new clients across banks, fintech companies, MFBs, and large enterprises
  • Leverage existing networks to generate qualified leads and accelerate deal closures
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.

Solution Selling:

  • Promote Mobile Wallet and other digital banking solutions (digital wallets, agency banking, payment systems)
  • Drive ERP solution sales across finance, operations, and compliance functions
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and proof of concepts (POCs)

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Manage RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Drive post-sales engagement and identify upsell opportunities

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
  • Provide insights to internal product and leadership teams

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Number and value of deals closed
  • Pipeline size and conversion rate
  • Sales cycle duration
  • Strategic partnerships established

Required Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B Tech Sales
  • Proven track record in selling:
  • Mobile Wallet / Digital Payment solutions
  • ERP / SaaS platforms
  • Experience engaging with banks, fintech companies, MFBs, and large enterprises

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management abilities
  • Strategic thinking and consultative selling approach
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
