Job Title: Marketing & Customer Service Executive (Salon)

Description
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, and well-presented Marketing & Customer Service Executive to drive client engagement and brand visibility for our upscale salon located within an exclusive members-only club.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting salon services to club members, managing online marketing platforms, and delivering excellent customer service to both members and a limited number of non-member clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain club members
- Promote salon services within the club through approved channels and networking
- Manage and grow the salon’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, bookings, and complaints
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Create engaging content (posts, promos, offers) to drive traffic and sales
- Track marketing performance and provide periodic reports
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience at all touchpoints
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, customer service, or a similar role
- Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or luxury service industry is an added advantage
Other Requirements:
- Must be well-groomed and presentable
- Strong understanding of working with high-profile or elite clientele
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Must be proactive, creative, and result-driven
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Must be able to write and speak in english impeccably)
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Social media marketing and content creation skills
- Ability to engage high-end clientele with professionalism and discretion
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends
Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
