Job Title: Admin / HR Assistant

Description
- We are seeking a proactive, organized, and personable HR / Admin Assistant to support the daily administrative and human resource functions of our preschool.
- The ideal candidate will have a warm and patient temperament, a genuine love for children, and the ability to interact professionally and confidently with parents, staff, and visitors.
- This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of students, staff, and school documentation
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of school activities
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth running of the school
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and orientation of new staff
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information
- Assist with staff attendance tracking and basic HR documentation
Content & Media Support:
- Capture photos and short videos of school activities and events
- Perform basic editing of photos and videos for school communications and social media
- Support in creating engaging visual content that reflects the school’s values and environment
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role (school environment is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient, friendly, and professional demeanor, especially when interacting with children and parents
- Genuine love for working in a child-centered environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Basic photography and video editing skills (using mobile apps or simple editing tools)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
