Job Title: Call Center Attendant
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Role Overview
- The Call Center Attendant will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and driving conversions through excellent communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information about visa services, travel packages, and related offerings
- Convert inquiries into paying clients through effective communication
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
- 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer proficiency.
