Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a customer-focused and energetic Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions, resolve inquiries, and drive sales through excellent service delivery.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth through commission-based performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, walk-in, or digital channels
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to meet targets
- Process orders, requests, and transactions efficiently
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Meet and exceed performance and sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Salary
N80,000 monthly + Unlimited Commission.
