We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Jos, Plateau

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Jos.
  • The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within the region, setting targets, developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, and building strong client relationship
  • The role also involves managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying opportunities for market expansion, and analyzing sales data to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • 8 - 10 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in an FMCG company
  • Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in strategic planning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in guiding, mentoring, and leading sales teams to achieve objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyse sales trends, understand market dynamics, and identify areas for business expansion.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment.
