What You Do

  • Lead and execute the company’s business development and bid strategy across Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas sectors
  • Identify, qualify, and secure high-value contract opportunities with IOCs, NOCs, and EPC contractors
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the industry
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end tendering lifecycle (opportunity → bid → negotiation → award)
  • Drive the development of winning technical and commercial proposals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, HSE, Legal) to deliver best-in-class submissions
  • Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and ensure consistent bid performance
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitor positioning, and revenue forecasting

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • 7–10 years’ experience in Business Development & Tendering within Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas sectors
  • Proven track record of winning and managing high-value contracts
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian procurement processes and tender platforms
  • Exceptional proposal development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to evaluate risk, pricing, and contract structures
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution discipline
