Location: Apapa, Lagos
Job Summary
- APMDC is seeking to engage a high-performing and results-driven Sales Executive for its WAC operations.

Role Overview
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions across sea freight, air freight, and cargo operations.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to convert leads into sustainable business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue generation for WAC operations.
- Identify and secure new clients within shipping, forwarding, and cargo sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Promote APMDC’s sea freight, air freight, and logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Key Requirements (Strictly Required)
- Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding sales.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Sea Freight Operations
- Air Freight Operations
- Freight Forwarding Processes.
- Experience in cargo handling or cargo sales is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and market awareness.
Preferred Profile:
- Existing network within logistics, shipping, or import / export sectors.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
