Role Overview

  • We seek a candidate with the ability to drive revenue generation by leading sales initiatives, manage client acquisition efforts, and practically lead the Sales/Customer service/Marketing and public relations team.
  • This role is ideal for someone with leadership skills who can manage sales activities, build strong client relationships, develop strategies, and achieve business targets.
  • You will be a key point of coordination, ensuring consistent sales performance and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across logistics services.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team to achieve performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience across sales, marketing, PR, or customer service functions.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance.
  • Strong understanding of revenue generation and client relationship management.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions and align teams toward business goals.
