Role Overview
- We are looking for a reliable and organized Account Officer to support daily accounting operations.
- This role is ideal for someone who can process transactions, maintain accurate records, assist with reconciliations, and ensure proper documentation.
- You will be a key point of coordination, supporting smooth and efficient financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment records accurately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Record daily financial transactions into accounting systems.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
- Track operational expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with vendor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Ensure data accuracy in all financial records and entries.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in an accounting support or clerical role.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
- Ability to organize and manage financial documentation efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and support the finance team.
