Role Overview

• We are looking for a reliable and organized Account Officer to support daily accounting operations.
• This role is ideal for someone who can process transactions, maintain accurate records, assist with reconciliations, and ensure proper documentation.
• You will be a key point of coordination, supporting smooth and efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, receipts, and payment records accurately.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Record daily financial transactions into accounting systems.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
• Track operational expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with vendor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Ensure data accuracy in all financial records and entries.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in an accounting support or clerical role.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
• Ability to organize and manage financial documentation efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and support the finance team.
