Role Overview

  • The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a strategic and executional role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening brand positioning.
  • This role goes beyond showroom sales to include proactive business development, digital marketing coordination, client acquisition, and partnership management within the interior design and construction ecosystem.
  • The ideal candidate is commercially driven, design-aware, and capable of combining sales expertise with modern marketing techniques to generate and convert high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and corporate segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and project-based pricing.

Business Development & Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, real estate developers, and contractors.
  • Establish strategic partnerships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

Marketing & Brand Development:

  • Collaborate on and support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
  • Contribute to content development including product showcases, project highlights, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support brand positioning initiatives to reinforce the company’s premium market presence.

Customer Experience & Advisory:

  • Provide expert advisory to clients on product selection, design suitability, and application.
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach tailored to client needs, budgets, and project scope.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-end customer experience from initial contact through post-sale engagement.

Showroom & Product Management:

  • Oversee showroom presentation to ensure it reflects a premium and visually compelling brand image.
  • Ensure optimal product display, merchandising, and sample availability.
  • Work closely with inventory teams to monitor stock levels and product movement.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and marketing outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on revenue growth, customer trends, and conversion rates.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within interior décor, construction materials, real estate, or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and ability to understand design concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
