Job Title: Laundry Operations Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the laundry business, including front desk, processing, and delivery
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
- Supervise and manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timelines
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and garment care
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies and equipment
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track sales, expenses, and overall business performance; prepare regular reports
- Implement strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 4–6 years relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (laundry, hospitality, or retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
- Good financial and business acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
