Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to support our HR operations, performance management processes, and administrative coordination.
- This role is critical to ensuring staff accountability, timesheet compliance, and structured weekly reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination
- Manage attendance and leave tracking
Performance Management:
- Track employee KPIs and performance metrics
- Support performance review cycles and documentation
- Follow up with teams on performance submissions
Timesheet & Reporting (Core Focus):
- Collect and validate weekly staff timesheets
- Track compliance across departments
- Follow up on late or missing submissions
- Maintain a centralized reporting system
Weekly Reporting:
Prepare and submit structured weekly reports covering:
- Timesheet compliance
- Staff attendance
- Performance tracking updates
- Leave and absence summaries
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure proper documentation of HR and administrative processes
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company data
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 1–4 years in HR or administrative roles
- Experience with reporting, tracking, or coordination roles is a strong advantage
Skills:
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
