Job Title: HRTM Operations & Compliance Officer
Location: Alaba, Lagos
Reporting Line: HR and Talent Manager
Job Purpose
- To manage HRTM operations, employee relations, policy enforcement, and compliance, ensuring discipline, accuracy, and operational efficiency across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
- Manage attendance, leave, and workforce data
- Prepare HR documentation and reports.
Policy Enforcement & Discipline:
- Enforce attendance, punctuality, and workplace rules
- Issue queries, warnings, and disciplinary notices
- Support investigations and disciplinary processes.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee complaints and grievances
- Provide first-level conflict resolution
- Escalate complex issues to HRTM Manager.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Support payroll processing (accuracy and timelines)
- Administer employee benefits
- Maintain compensation records.
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain audit-ready HR documentation
- Support internal and external audits.
Reporting:
- Generate attendance and disciplinary reports
- Track compliance metrics.
Broad KPIs
Operational Efficiency:
- Accuracy of HR records (Target: 100%)
- Payroll accuracy (Target: 100%)
- HR request turnaround time.
Attendance & Discipline:
- Attendance compliance rate (Target: ≥95%)
- Reduction in absenteeism and lateness
- Disciplinary case resolution time.
Compliance:
- Audit compliance score (Target: 100%)
- Number of policy violations (trend reduction).
Employee Relations:
- Grievance resolution turnaround time
- Employee complaint closure rate.
Critical Deliverables:
- Attendance control system fully enforced
- Zero payroll errors
- All employee records updated and accurate.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
