We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HRTM Operations & Compliance Officer

Location: Alaba, Lagos
Reporting Line: HR and Talent Manager

Job Purpose

  • To manage HRTM operations, employee relations, policy enforcement, and compliance, ensuring discipline, accuracy, and operational efficiency across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
  • Manage attendance, leave, and workforce data
  • Prepare HR documentation and reports.

Policy Enforcement & Discipline:

  • Enforce attendance, punctuality, and workplace rules
  • Issue queries, warnings, and disciplinary notices
  • Support investigations and disciplinary processes.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee complaints and grievances
  • Provide first-level conflict resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to HRTM Manager.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Support payroll processing (accuracy and timelines)
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Maintain compensation records.

Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain audit-ready HR documentation
  • Support internal and external audits.

Reporting:

  • Generate attendance and disciplinary reports
  • Track compliance metrics.

Broad KPIs
Operational Efficiency:

  • Accuracy of HR records (Target: 100%)
  • Payroll accuracy (Target: 100%)
  • HR request turnaround time.

Attendance & Discipline:

  • Attendance compliance rate (Target: ≥95%)
  • Reduction in absenteeism and lateness
  • Disciplinary case resolution time.

Compliance:

  • Audit compliance score (Target: 100%)
  • Number of policy violations (trend reduction).

Employee Relations:

  • Grievance resolution turnaround time
  • Employee complaint closure rate.

Critical Deliverables:

  • Attendance control system fully enforced
  • Zero payroll errors
  • All employee records updated and accurate.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
