Job Summary
- A fast-growing real estate company in Wuse, Abuja is seeking a results-driven Sales Officer (Real Estate) to drive property sales, generate qualified leads, and build lasting client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting prospects into buyers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and active prospecting
- Market and promote land and property listings across digital and offline channels
- Conduct site inspections and deliver compelling property presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to successfully close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions
- Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales and marketing performance
- Stay updated on available inventory and pricing
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage high-value client interactions confidently
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Strong relationship management skills
- Good understanding of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage
- Proficient in using digital tools and social media for lead generation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₦200,000 per motnh
- Commission Structure:
- 6% on land sales
- 2.5% on property deals
