Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling correspondence, supporting administrative activities, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
  • Track, record, and distribute all incoming correspondence to relevant departments
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and administrative documents
  • Support office administration activities and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper accountability records
  • Coordinate timely payment of bills within assigned responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, newsprint, and administrative materials
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of company assets under your care
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Administration team
  • Supervise office cleaners and ensure office spaces remain conducive and presentable
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a front desk, administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing role
  • Experience in a corporate environment is an added advantage

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 per month.
