Job Title: Administrative Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business and administrative operations of the hospital
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and efficiency
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control
- Supervise and coordinate administrative and support staff

- Identify business growth opportunities and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Prepare reports and provide insights to management
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare management or a similar role
- Strong business, financial, and operational management skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Good understanding of healthcare systems and processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Relevant degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
