Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business and administrative operations of the hospital 
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and efficiency
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control
• Supervise and coordinate administrative and support staff
• Drive patient satisfaction and service delivery standards
• Identify business growth opportunities and partnerships
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Prepare reports and provide insights to management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare management or a similar role
• Strong business, financial, and operational management skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
• Good understanding of healthcare systems and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Relevant degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
