We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Lagos
Supervisory Level: Individual Contributor

Job Function:

  • Lead the execution of the tactical people strategy for the WWCVL, Nigeria in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of the People strategy and monitoring programmes that will improve productivity and inculcate a performance culture throughout the operating company, whilst keeping employees engaged and motivated.

Key performance areas

  • Trusted point of contact for all stakeholders in the provision of one-stop HR service to managers, supervisors and staff within the operating company / function.
  • Identify and access appropriate services aligned with business need.
  • Route employees to HR resources best able to service query i.e. shared service, external medical aid service provider.
  • Drive business adoption of HR operating model and solutions, supporting the role out o of solutions and capability building for line managers and employees within the operating company / function.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily work activities within the team environment in order to prevent financial losses.
  • Create an engaging, enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition by demonstrating leadership through personal commitment to organisational values.

Requirements
Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent 3-year degree (NQF Level 7).

Skills and experience required:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in a HR Position within a similar environment with at least 3 years tactical leadership or specialist experience.
  • Must have working knowledge of general HR Principles, practices, legislative and compliance elements within each country where WWCVL NIGERIA Operates.
