We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Igbo Efon, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized Secretary to manage client communication, coordinate service delivery, track engagements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across professional service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Manage front-desk and administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organization
  • Coordinate client briefs and communications between internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and track project deliverables, timelines, and service progress, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare client engagement documents, including summaries, invoices, reports, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, files, and service documentation
  • Support weekly review meetings by compiling reports, tracking performance metrics, and documenting action points
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive follow-up and issue resolution
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, client service, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
