A fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing company (with a collective turnover exceeding N5bn in 2025 and a 5-year growth trajectory to N21bn+). They include multinational and indigenous concerns with strong presence in antibiotics, anti-malaria, diabetes, oncology, urology, cardiovascular, premium multivitamins and analgesic segments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Sales Manager (NSM)

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting to: General Manager

Job Summary

  • We seek disciplined, high-personal drive, result-oriented leaders and field staff ready to drive ethical demand generation, hospital promotion, productivity and commercial performance.

The Role

  • Own the strategy, planning, execution, and supervision of the entire sales & marketing function.
  • Propose sales, market, and marketing objectives; drive demand generation across hospital and ethical brands.

Requirements

  • B. Pharm (MBA strongly preferred).
  • 5-7 years' team leadership in multinational + indigenous pharma environments. Overall, not less than 15 years experience
  • Currently a similar NSM in Nigeria preferred;
  • Regional Sales Leaders with 5+ years' sales management experience and large-territory track record may be considered
  • Must have managed a sales team of not fewer than 35.
  • Demonstrable superior sales & marketing performance across regions and segments.
  • Strong hospital promotion and ethical brand demand-generation experience - absolutely required.
  • High commercial acumen, problem-solving intra-preneurial, self-directed.*
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and advanced MS Excel / Power Point.
  • High integrity index.

Monthly Compensation
Up to N1,000,000 / month + incentive scheme + full executive perks (company car, HMO, pension, etc.)
