Job Title: Country Sales Lead - Cybersecurity Solutions

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a high-performing Country Sales Lead to drive revenue growth for our cybersecurity solutions business.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales, deep industry networks, and the ability to engage and close deals with C-suite executives across large organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the country sales strategy for cybersecurity solutions
• Drive business development and revenue growth across key sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers
• Identify, pursue, and close large enterprise deals
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions such as IBM, CheckPoint, Palo Alto etc.
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise accounts
• Established network and access to C-suite executives across key industries
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and market dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
