Job Title: Brand Manager (BM)

Job Summary
- We seek disciplined, high-personal drive, result-oriented leaders and field staff ready to drive ethical demand generation, hospital promotion, productivity and commercial performance.
The Role
- Development and execution of brand strategy, market share analysis, sales forecasts, product and market research, and brand planning. Execute all communications and media actions.
- Responsible for developing and managing product knowledge base and field-force training for assigned products.
Requirements
- B. Pharm/Pharm D or equivalent (I Tealth/Basic Medical/Biological Sciences acceptable).
- 2-3 years of experience in product management.
- Senior Medical Representatives with strong hospital promotion experience may be considered
- Prior medical representation experience is essential.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage oneself and work under pressure.
Monthly Compensation
N350,000 + performance incentives + official car.
