Brand Manager (BM) at a Fast-Growing Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Marketing Company

A fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing company (with a collective turnover exceeding N5bn in 2025 and a 5-year growth trajectory to N21bn+). They include multinational and indigenous concerns with strong presence in antibiotics, anti-malaria, diabetes, oncology, urology, cardiovascular, premium multivitamins and analgesic segments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Manager (BM)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We seek disciplined, high-personal drive, result-oriented leaders and field staff ready to drive ethical demand generation, hospital promotion, productivity and commercial performance.

The Role

• Development and execution of brand strategy, market share analysis, sales forecasts, product and market research, and brand planning. Execute all communications and media actions.
• Responsible for developing and managing product knowledge base and field-force training for assigned products.

Requirements

• B. Pharm/Pharm D or equivalent (I Tealth/Basic Medical/Biological Sciences acceptable).
• 2-3 years of experience in product management.
• Senior Medical Representatives with strong hospital promotion experience may be considered
• Prior medical representation experience is essential.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage oneself and work under pressure.

Monthly Compensation
N350,000 + performance incentives + official car.
