Job Title: Relationship Officer
Locations: Badagry, Ojo, Eti-Osa, Amuwo Odofin - Lagos

About the Role
- We are seeking energetic and target-driven Relationship Officers to drive merchant acquisition and product adoption across assigned locations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding merchants onto the OmniClub platform and promoting key financial products including POS solutions, overdrafts, and asset financing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants across assigned routes (HoReCa, Retail, Modern Trade, and related sectors)
- Drive adoption of OmniClub membership (N60,000) and related financial products (POS, overdraft, asset financing)
- Educate merchants on product value and usage
- Build and maintain strong, long-term merchant relationships
- Achieve daily targets including merchant visits, sign-ups, POS activations, and transaction volumes
- Support collections and monitor repayment performance where applicable
- Gather and report market insights and customer feedback.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
- 3+ years experience in sales, field marketing, agency banking, or financial services (preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of POS/payment systems is an added advantage.
Compensation
Salary: N200,000 - N300,000 monthly + Conveyance Allowance + Performance Incentives.
