Job Summary
- We are seeking a talented and user-focused Product Designer (UI/UX) to create intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into seamless digital solutions across web and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal user satisfaction and product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI interfaces.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product features and requirements.
- Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all digital platforms.
- Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital products and customer experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3–6 years’ experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong grasp of UI/UX and interaction design principles.
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Familiarity with cross-platform (web/mobile) design practices.
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
