Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and user-focused Product Designer (UI/UX) to create intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into seamless digital solutions across web and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal user satisfaction and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product features and requirements.
• Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all digital platforms.
• Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback and data insights.
• Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital products and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3–6 years’ experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong grasp of UI/UX and interaction design principles.
• Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Familiarity with cross-platform (web/mobile) design practices.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
