Job Summary
- The Ad Hoc Sales & Marketing Officer will support the company’s business development drive by promoting pension products, onboarding new clients, and increasing market penetration.
- This role is primarily field-based and requires proactive engagement with individuals, SMEs, and corporate organizations to drive pension enrollment and contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new clients for pension products (RSA – Retirement Savings Accounts).
- Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to individuals and organizations.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within specified timelines.
Marketing & Awareness:
- Execute grassroots marketing campaigns to increase pension awareness.
- Distribute marketing materials and educate prospects on pension benefits and compliance requirements.
- Represent the company at events, seminars, and activation campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide guidance on pension plans, contributions, and retirement benefits.
- Follow up on leads and ensure proper onboarding documentation is completed.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all client data and documentation comply with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an advantage.
- Experience in pension, insurance, or banking sectors is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Basic understanding of pension products and financial services
- Ability to work independently and in the field with minimal supervision
- Good reporting and documentation skills

Duration:
- Engagement is project-based or campaign-driven, with possibility for renewal or transition to full-time based on performance.

Compensation Structure
- Salary: N100,000 per month.
