Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and engineering projects.
- The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion
- Assist in coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in managing project documentation and compliance requirements
- Support cost tracking and basic project budgeting activities
- Participate in site inspections and project review meetings
- Identify and escalate project risks or delays promptly
Requirements
- First degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years relevant experience in construction or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment
- Basic understanding of construction/project management processes
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project is an advantage).
