Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and engineering projects.
• The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion
• Assist in coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
• Assist in managing project documentation and compliance requirements
• Support cost tracking and basic project budgeting activities
• Participate in site inspections and project review meetings
• Identify and escalate project risks or delays promptly

Requirements

• First degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years relevant experience in construction or project coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment
• Basic understanding of construction/project management processes
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project is an advantage).
